Low fat diet is the key to weight loss.
Over the past ten years, the rapid growth rate of the overweight people has been the common problem of many countries. Also the overweight people are in the high risk of death which caused by heart diseases. For decreasing the rate of death which happens on overweight people, the low fat diet is promoted to lose weight by governments and also the low fat diet becomes popular through the world. However, the low fat diet has been promoted and became poplar, there is still a large unmber of obese people exist. How efficient the low fat diet is, what risks in the low fat diet are, and is the low fat diet a key to lose weight?
In the following paragraphs, I will discuss the statements: How efficient the low fat diet is, what risks in the low fat diet are, and is the low fat diet a key to lose weight?
And also discuss the method which is the affordable and efficient to lose weight.
The appearance of fast-food restaurant changes the modern people’s diet habit. The fast food restaurant is convenient, quick to serve and save time, these advantages of fast food restaurant are really attractive to the people who is busy and has no time to prepare food, therefore a large amount of people choose fast food rather than cooking at home. However, the fast food is also called” junk food” which is contained high oil, high sugar and high salt. The executive director of the Obesity Action Coalition, Leigh Sturgiss, said "We're eating far too much of the wrong food. It's accessible, it's cheap, we see it advertised on TV, we're busy, sometimes the choice isn't there. There are parents trying to operate on reduced incomes because they've lost jobs or sometimes these parents are working two jobs each and are unable to monitor what their kids are eating during the day.” To a moderated activity person who usually consumes on the fast-food, the amount of fat and calories he takes is over the amount of calories being burned up by metabolism reactions. Also the rest calories will be stored as fat in the body and cause obesity.
The low fat diet is to reduce the fat that we intake in a day. Basically, the fat contains more calories than carbohydrates and proteins, decreasing the amount of fat we ingest is the simplest way to lose weight. Decreasing the intake of fat would low the level of LDL cholesterol which the heart diseases, and also decreases the amount of calories to store as fat in the body to achieve losing weight.
However, the amount of obese people’s weight doesn’t being controlled as the low fat diet is promoted. Is the low fat diet efficient to lose weight? At the beginning of the diet, the body weight will lose due to the decrease the amount of fat being ingested, but effect can only keep in a short period, body weight will not decrease further more.
Most people think the low fat diet is the no fat diet, people take food which is high in the carbohydrates such as white rice, bread and pasta. They are low fat food but high in calories that still make us to gain weight. There are also many kinds of food reduced in fat but contain lots of sugar, for example, the snack bar, cookie, high-energy drinks and fizzy drinks. Those food do not help in losing weight even if they are no fat.
Although the animal fats raise the cholesterol level and make us heavy. In fact, half of the animal fats contain the important substance to human body, the HDL cholesterol, half of the rest part of fat is actually “monounsaturated”, it is the same type as olive oil which s good for heart, the stearic acid which is saturated but raise HDL cholesterol level in blood. About 30 percent of the animal fat is the sort of saturated fat that can raise LDL cholesterol which causes the heart diseases, it is became modified when it gets into the artery, and the most important ways it gets modified is by being oxidized. The oxidized LDL cholesterol accumulates in arteries and develops the thickening of the arteries and the process of atherosclerosis. However, even this kind of fat will simultaneously raise the HDL cholesterol.
The HDL cholesterol is functioned as the cleaner to move away the oxidized LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol prevents the atherosclerosis results in improving the heart diseases. Having an optimum amount of animal fat will improve heart diseases, having large or little amount of fat will cause the health problems.
Furthermore, the carbohydrates cause more problems than fat. The metabolism syndrome includes the obesity, insulin resistance, heart disease, diabetes which the metabolism product of carbohydrates involved. For example, long time of the high level blood glucose may cause insulin resistance, the insulin resistance is the cells of tissues are less sensitive to insulin to start the respiration with carbohydrates when large amount of carbohydrates is ingested and increase the level of blood glucose. The high level of blood sugar in the blood stream will cause high blood pressure, and the kidney can not handle the large amount of blood sugar, then the function of kidney will be ceased, this is called diabetes.
The potatoes and white rice are the main source of carbohydrates, and these carbohydrates with a high glycaemic index, that means carbohydrates are absorbed rapidly and give a bad metabolic responses. The blood glucose would increase rapidly when carbohydrates like potatoes and rice being digested, the body tries to decrease the concentration of blood glucose by secreting insulin, the high level insulin in the blood stream result in the reducing HDL cholesterol and increasing the level of triglycerides, both of the changes will increasing the risk of heart attacks.
Human body in the situation of high level of blood glucose will release insulin to blood stream. The insulin will increase the level of triglycerides. Triglycerides are a type of fat found in the blood. They are a major source of energy and most common type of fat in the body, they are from carbohydrates, fat, and protein. In the low fat diet, the level of fat is insufficient for body, human body converts the calories which is from carbohydrate into triglycerides. The optimum level of triglycerides are important to good health. When the level of triglycerides raises to high, it associate with the level of cholesterol, the increased level of triglycerides will increase the level of LDL cholesterol and decrease the level of HDL cholesterol which result in increasing risk of heart diseases. Therefore the high level of triglycerides will associate with heart diseases.
According the discussion above, we can understand the low fat diet is not a really efficient method to lose weight and contains risks due to consume the excess carbohydrates. The carbohydrate is the main source of energy, however when we consume carbohydrate too much, carbohydrates will become the harmful substance which causes heart diseases and diabetes even cancer. To reduce the risk of consuming carbohydrate, the simplest way is reduce the amount of carbohydrate we eat.
The most important reason that overweight person can not lose weight by low fat diet is lack of exercises. Most of people who is in the low fat diet does not do the regular exercises, the daily activity spends the calories still less than the calories we eat, that is why low fat diet only efficient at the beginning. Exercises is the most efficient method to burn up calories and fat, especially the aerobic exercise, daily aerobic exercise combine with the balanced diet can help overweight people to lose weight exactly.
Overweight is the sign of warning of the body. To decrease the risk of the body and have a healthy body, we need to lose weight and control the weight in safety range. We can conclude that low fat diet is not the key to weight loss, the only way to lose weight with low risk is the carbohydrate, fat, and protein balanced diet and also the regular aerobic exercise.

我倒是覺得中文輸入有點麻煩
我前兩隻手機一個是SE k700i一個是P牌GD55,中間是N牌的運動防水機
第一是我用了k700i超過三年然後GD55的注音配置也跟SE系的手機一樣(日系的關係嗎?)
第二k700i&GD55在打字時會自動排注音,只要按了上面有所需要的注音的鍵就會列出注音組合,跟N牌比要按鍵的次數就少到鬼哭神號的境界更別提按錯再按一遍的痛苦
還有原先N牌的選單是列表式的,要一個個翻找就覺得機車到爆,還好新系統出來變成九宮格型的選單
這是我以前排斥用N牌的原因
這次會想用N牌的X5320是因為它的3.5mm耳機孔跟支援microSD,個人因為耳形的問題只能帶耳道式的耳機,然而配件通常是普通的耳塞式,有耳機孔就可以用自己的耳機XD
。SE用的卡都是自家的MS M2貴上很多,26NZD只能換上2GB的MS M2卡,但是23NZD可以換上kingston的4GB卡整整差了一倍
其實原本是想買5610的,不過他只支援2.5mm耳機孔...
整合下來N牌的CP值把個人打字因素去除後比SE高出很多
而且才五千五台幣,買得開心家人認同
何需顧慮呢XD

New Digital remote human inter-communication interface!!簡稱新手機是也(被打)
在去年的十一月底弄丟了我的手機後
就開始了我的黑白(GD55手機)人生
從我媽手上繼承下來的GD55由於是舊型號,不能儲存簡訊orz
也沒寄件備份...有時害我不知道到底有沒有把簡訊寄出去或是忘了寄出去簡訊的內容 囧
不過倒是有很多人喜歡我的手機(笑)
像是我乾哥'這是那個周杰倫當年代理的手機嘛!當你換新手機時要把這台給我喔'
朋友的妹妹'超小超可愛的!!'
...等
就在今天!我終於可以換手機啦!!
上個禮拜在Y牌購物中心定了Nokia的5320
然後我爸回台灣去面試工作順便把手機給帶回來
當我拿到後就塞了很多音效跟歌跟圖片進去 為此還敗了一張4GB的micro SD card XD
當我收到簡訊是我自定義的音效真是感動到流淚了!

四月 死月 超越死的月份 死を越えの月
前言:
很抱歉很久沒更新網誌,雖然四月有很多事情回憶可以寫
但是一不小心就給他忘光光了えへへ♡(被打)
回到正題=====
二十年前的四月也就是民國七十八年的四月,可謂是最不想再那個月出生的月份的第一名
WHY? ANS:78年4月xx日=784xx 數字化就一整個絕望
沒錯!我就是在最絕望的月最絕望的日出生的人 余的生日即為民國七十八年四月十四日
78414啊啊!!(話說七十七年也挺糟糕的X3)
四月可以寫成死月 但是過了四月也可以理解為超越死 即為超越死的月-死を越えの月!
四月的大半個月MOS我都在家附近的獸醫診所當義工,所做的事情也就只是在旁觀察看診情形、旁觀手術(這是重點ww)及幫點小忙
第一天去的時候就剛好碰到手術而且還是結紮手術XDD 獸醫幫一隻比雄犬(雄)進行結紮
這大概是我人生的First Impact XD
來看診的貓狗比例是一比一,通常都是生病的或是有一些徵兆的貓狗(廢話)
而且來看病或健檢的貓大多數都是接近十歲或十歲以上,簡單來說就是貓妖(拖)
當然也有初生幾個月的小貓小狗啦~超可愛的!
狗的話當然也是很多老狗來看病,來看過的品種有拉不拉多、黃金獵犬、大型雪那瑞、哈士奇、比雄、長毛吉娃娃、king查爾斯and broader collie 我在這次義工終於摸到抱到夢寐以求哈士奇XDD,雖然是在動手術中要抱緊他讓醫生注射麻醉藥:3 重點是有喜歡的狗可以摸到爽抱到爽啊!
触る放題~抱きしめ放題~♡
有一天還遇到了台灣人帶著剛買的小貓來注射預防針XD
我住的地方是洋人的高級區,華人不是很多,但是遇上了台灣人就真的是奇蹟了XD(雖然是住在CBD的)
我想養寵物的人都當自己的寵物像自己的兒女一樣,有一天快打烊時有一位急診的貓跟她媽(主人),那位媽媽(主人)相當的著急,流著淚一直說著"oh my baby, mommy is here...下略" 然後牽扯到個人隱私媽媽不想讓我旁聽想趕我出來,醫生也只好讓我離開,其實我也巴不得快點閃回家吃飯去(拖) 走之前還聽到一聲很大的"my baby" 囧
我看過的手術大部分是縫傷口、切小肉瘤後縫合、結紮等
最大的一次是有一隻華人家庭的貓在腹部長了很大的包原因不明,主人的爸媽(貓的grandparents)不懂英文我當翻譯,手術是要剖開那個包,在手術刀劃開皮膚到腹腔時那腹腔積的膿水就出來了而且還很多!就在那一刻,我進化了(死),在清理腹腔時把壞掉的脂肪給除掉,清除的過程中發現了造成細菌感染的原因:貓毛,大概是打架時受傷紮進去的然後就感染產生大量膿水累積,由於感染的範圍很大縫合的傷口也很大= =,整個手術進行了一個多小時,結果是非常成功 X3 最讓我感到我進化是我看完這手術之後回家還吃得下飯 而且吃得很開心(被巴)

生日當天我原本約了一些女生來吃中飯,但是卻全都不能來STO
一個是在前幾天才發現已經跟高中的同學約好出去玩,一個要看弟弟,另一個是朋友的SISTER身體不適,然後我的生日就變成了只有男人的空間(WRYY)
不過這次生日收到久違的生日禮物,一張海報,京ANI購物袋,三盒figure XD
吃飯來的都是死黨、表哥及乾哥哥
吃完就到CITY跟另外一群會合去唱K!
唱的全是ANISONG XDDDD 連續唱了四個小時(爆)
這大概是我人生中很歡樂的生日之一
感謝有你們!ALAN C 、 ALAN P 、ALICE醬、 ANDY (都是A開頭)

在寫這篇的兩天前,為了趕ALICE醬的生日賀圖 熬夜爆肝到三點
原本以為一點時就可以搞定,結果三個人物所花的時間更多,而且其中一個怎麼畫感覺都不對
一直重畫,然後畫細節、加深輪廓就搞到三點多才完成,還有包裝禮物加上上網拖到四點才睡 orz
當天早上六點半被鬧鐘叫醒 一整個脫力
就在那一刻,我知道什麼叫做「趕稿地獄修羅場」(倒)

後記:
在寫這篇的兩天前,為了趕ALICE醬的生日賀圖 熬夜爆肝到三點
原本以為一點時就可以搞定,結果三個人物所花的時間更多,而且其中一個怎麼畫感覺都不對
一直重畫,然後畫細節、加深輪廓就搞到三點多才完成,還有包裝禮物加上上網拖到四點才睡 orz
當天早上六點半被鬧鐘叫醒 一整個脫力
就在那一刻,我知道什麼叫做「趕稿地獄修羅場」(倒)

記事 既是 技士(啥?)
うわはは!ブログよ!私は帰えできた!
今天是三月十五日 再過一個月就是我的生日了
沒錯!四月十四日 加上民國 就是78414(好孩子不要念出來喔)
比起國高中 大學的課程多了一項實驗室的課
一次就給我三個小時,裡面又有空調,三個小時下來就讓我眼睛乾澀 通體發冷(拖)
不過說真的待在冷氣房過久真的會冷(抖抖抖)
這裡每節課會給十分鐘休息或是趕到下一節課的教室,好像回到台灣國高中時
不過沒有特定午餐時間,只有中間空了一節的連課或是沒課的時間才能悠閒吃飯
這裡的大學居然有酒吧咧XDD
我選的獸醫預科(沒錯是預科,要通過預科才能進入真正的獸醫)男女比例差超多的XDD
只有六個男生(包括我)剩下都是女的呀XD
還有我可能會改到年底回TW 你們將會看到有瘋子在冬天穿短袖逛大街(拖)

啊啊! 肝爆了(誤)
在連續一個多月每周都上差不多50小時班的MOS我
終於要開始大學生活了(撒花)
還有延續兩年的打工將在這禮拜天完結(再灑花)
這兩年所存的錢達到了一萬紐幣大關 當然賺的錢早就超過了(放鞭炮)
因為常常亂花錢才搞到這時候儲金累計到一萬(拖)
還有NZ的朋友們如果知道有人在找日文家教的話請聯絡我 感恩
PS:每天都上班累到快死 所以請原諒很久沒更新BLOG的在下我吧(笑)

I can FLYYYYYYYY!(雷歐巴雷特調)
就在昨天,我這的NCEA成績在下午出爐,不過我要上班直到下班才能看成績XD
當我回到家時 我先去看了官方網站的成績表...真是大爆我預期
九月模擬考明明只過一科的物理 反而是當初過的section拿NA 其他全過了(爆)
然後其他ALL PASS XDDD
下到樓下來開我專用電腦看到GMAIL有信,就梅西(massey)大學發來我上獸醫系的通知
然後我登錄了奧克蘭大學的網站發現我選的科都有上:日文,電腦science,food science,medicnal science, marketing(?) 三個科學系 一個語文(保險用,真選會被我爸扁死XD) 一個經濟(只在y10上過enterprise)
晚了小學國中高中同學們兩年的在下我終於成為大學生啦!!
當我回到家時 我先去看了官方網站的成績表...真是大爆我預期

緣分這東西是莫名的奇妙(請自備墨鏡)
前言
從上周四開始連續五天全天的工作解放後我的腿在放在床上時覺得再也不想起來時
卻發現只能休息一天半,心中真是e04到極點=兒=
本文
上周六當我打完工我爸來接我時發現是全家出巡=W=a
問了我爸,他說"我們要去拍國手,我們台灣的網球國手喔"
我當下的回應可能骨董級的回應"國手?張德培嗎?"(拖)
對不起,我不看網球的(跪)
這位世界有名的華人網球選手叫作盧彥勳,他是亞洲人當中唯一幾個打入全球排名前70的選手
他在星期六早上的飛機從澳洲來到奧克蘭,在行李轉盤處時發現他的球拍袋子被轉盤鈎到
整個袋子被撕開好幾個大口子,他與他的教練來到紐航行李處理組的櫃台
原本負責他的是一個南非來的白人,結果發現客人是TW來的就丟給我爸處理了XD
我爸就請他把爛掉的袋子交給我爸再交給我媽縫補袋子www
晚上時接我下班順便把修好的袋子交還給國手
當我從後行李廂拿出袋子時根本看不出來袋子有爛掉過的痕跡(這是真的)wwww
在與國手跟教練聊過一陣子後就請他與我們家合照XDD
今天還要到了明天早上11點球賽的門票(免費)
哈哈 大叔明天就要去看國手的比賽及替他加油啦!!
國手將在紐西蘭的比賽結束後回到澳洲參加澳洲杯網球賽


後記

移回老家:MOS回歸的一發(?) 南下兩天一夜
呀呼~~!DDHよ!私は帰りできた!!
在下羅崇瑋擺脫年終考試啦!榎恰片~~(意義不明)
跟原先約定好的一樣,我將開始分享我在NZ遊玩活動的照片
還有我明年得等到四月以後才能回來(不過要是生日當天可以坐到飛機回來就好了XD)
今年九月我家南下到Routoura,NZ的著名溫泉景點
中午到達當地,坐上纜車登上山~那邊有個類似以前玩的搖搖車,不過不用搖是從最高處滑下來
有兩種路線彎道挺多的,不煞車會有翻車的可能(笑)
午餐是在附屬的餐廳吃,那餐真的是在紐西蘭吃過最便宜的自助午餐,卻不低級而且挺精緻的
晚上去了全世界前十名的溫泉SPA,不過訂票沒搞好的關係只能進去私人溫泉...
搞什麼嘛!害我不能在大眾池看美女養眼(被拖走)
晚餐食統一的滿漢大餐,午晚餐的反差真夠大(笑)
隔天在老爸的友人帶領下,去到了當地最高級的Sheep Show(PS:免費)...下略
廢話不多說,來看照片啦!
由於照片上傳系統用不上手,傳的照片順序有誤...=兒= 不好意思啊
MOS與小羊...說實在的...對那些可愛動物抱有憧憬的女孩來說,實際接觸過牠們一次就會幻滅
那裏實在是有夠臭的(掩面)
牧場的牧羊犬,只有電影印象的人往往都會以為是喜樂蒂之類的品種(笑)
一家在Routorua湖的湖岸,後面的船可以載人到湖中小島
SHEEP還是SHEEP(拖)
老妹餵小羊,SHEEP SHOW的主持人很會耍人...
當我妹站到台上時就被主持人騙,把餵小羊的奶瓶
放到嘴裡(搖頭)而且被騙的人只有她一個=兒=
這就是主持人,剃羊毛技術一流,不到一分鐘就把那隻羊脫得一乾二淨

話說在前頭...是你們說可以當成自己的BLOG來用,後悔可是沒得改喔
好了!DDH BLOG 從現在開始就成為我的囊中之物啦!(被拖走)
回到正題,以下的照片皆為我最近(一個人留在家裡看家,家人去聚餐時)所做的料理
利用冰箱本來就買好的材料,做出填飽肚子就好的東西來吃(噓)
這是火腿蛋炒飯,這裡的火腿不像台灣一樣是混麵粉壓縮成型再切片的火腿或是洋火腿,而是整個醃過的腿肉一片片削下來的鮮火腿,剛買的通常可以直接夾麵包吃
上面講過的洋火腿,就是整個鮮紅硬硬的火腿,那種火腿才是用來炒飯最好吃的火腿呀!

這是親子丼
鮮美有勁的雞肉配合柔軟滑嫩的雞蛋與參入味淋的高湯,
炒得鮮脆的洋蔥與剛煮好的白飯
那白飯跟著洋蔥'雞肉'與滑蛋入口,咬下去(咬)
洋蔥的脆,雞肉的嫩,高湯的甜美一瞬間在口內散發出來
這就是幸福的美味!!(要寫的會讓人出現幻覺得真的是胡扯八道,美食節目都是唬爛的XD)

不該在半夜亂寫食物的後記:
對不起..........我餓了(找東西吃)

假期閒事
這裡是常常被叫大叔的羅蟲尾(19->20)
正式邁入了新的一年後正意味著新的麻煩事的到來
一月八號打工重開,這可不是普通的打工再開呀!
而是一周狂氣滿點的六天滿班啊(啥)
2008的聖誕節前後真是行程滿點
23號是我今年遇到的知音的生日,就在我打工餐廳隔壁的四川餐廳吃
聖誕節前夕是我part time job的尾牙,當晚還有年終可以領
領了相當於台幣一萬二的年終獎金
今年生日一定要買好東西犒賞大叔(19->20)
聖誕節當天是我乾哥的生日BBQ
三天通通都在吃XD
打工地點的兩個禮拜年假真是好快就過去了=兒=
在這兩禮拜之間大叔(19->20)也做了許多事
像是晨間慢跑,在shopping mall精挑細選,在奧克蘭市內當一個住了四年的觀光客(拖):
下了公車,化身成獨行一匹狼的大叔(19->20)閃爍且明亮的陰險目光手持撿到的三星千萬畫素(號稱)數位相機
實際使用起來拍拍近物人物還說得過去= =還是想搞台單眼相機來用
在市區內看到啥就拿起相機一拍,十足的跟蹤狂架勢...啊不是,是初來NZ興奮過頭的觀光客樣
有味道的建築物給它一拍,有特殊的街頭廣告也是一拍
走累了就在星巴克喝瑪奇朵星冰樂(大杯)配上Mr.Donut的糖霜苦味巧克力甜甜圈更何況是自己賺的錢真是有爽快的感覺wwwwwwww
還有在家打網誌(笑),懶得出去又不知道在家幹啥時才突然想起有DDH網誌要打(被打)
丟手工料理的照片來成為晚睡又不敢吃消夜者的制裁鐵槌,不過晚上來看有沒有回文時卻炸到自己
手癢肚餓去煮泡麵來吃,不過我的體重連我媽都嫌輕吃宵夜增重no problem的啦(拖)
付張biology class trip的照片:這是奧克蘭的市立博物館 挺有味道的地方,要是有想來NZ玩的
大叔(19->20)會帶你去喔!

Save point for reverse in 2008 & New flag to stab in 2009
As everyone saw, a miserable year finished, but another terrible one came
2008, the representer of death & rebirth
2009, the extension of miserable
It's also my last year of college life, although I am late one and half years to reach the next phase than my elementary school mates and junior high school mates, I still want to say"I am a freshman now!(sooner)"
Last year I always wanted to leave something for memories. But unfortunately, I had to go to my part time job on every weekend. I also had to take my sis to home, wasting my after school time completely.
Of course I did take many photos of 2008, but due to my laziness I did not compose them to blog writing with photo.(god's voice: you have time to write this revision title? MOS: Mind your own business, everyone in the world is swearing you!)
2008...I left my family to have dinner with my new school mate at Chinese New Year Eve (wryy)
Got some photo but lost=兒=
Spent 822.5 hours on part time job, earned 8643.5 NZD in total(included spent)
I spent 1 over 10 of whole year time on earning money, but I could not spend money on the stuff I like orz
I join the school ball(學校舞會), because this is my last year in school. I had lots of fun although I missed the 2007 school ball. At least, I joined(?)
Surely, I still not compose for the photos
I have stayed in NZ for 4 years but never went to the zoo in AKL, finaly I went to the zoo by the biology class trip= =

The only one theme I am sure I put the composition with photo on DDH is [holiday travel](tow away)
I am also sure I have lots of stuff to write for my own blog or DDH blog( and have probability to run away from the duty due to laziness)
I met many Taiwanese at ACG events and made friends with them.
They are another bunch of true friends in my life. Of course, my first true friends are DDH mates XD.
Hope to see you in 2009
